The AMC Institute and offices of the AMC ISFE foundation are also in Rotkreuz.   AMC International AMC International AG is the administration and coordination centre for all AMC sales and production companies.   The AMC Institute Electrical engineers, technicians, metallurgists, designers, nutrition and home economic scientists, chemists and nutrition advisers work on research and development in the fields of cookery technology and methods in AMC's own research and development centre.   ISFE The International Foundation for the Promotion of Nutrition Research and Nutrition Education supports researchers and scientific institutions, promoted nutrition science education and training and hold symposia on contemporary themes.   AMC Inform Trained nutrition advisers provide tips and information about healthy, tasty eating in practical cookery courses.   AMC System Kitchens Specialists in the planning and sale of complete kitchen solutions.   AMC Academy for Nutrition Communication Here, AMC offers educational and training programmes for qualified nutrition specialists, supported by a scientific advisory board under the chairmanship of nutritionist Professor Volker Pudel (University of Göttingen, vice-president of the German Society for Nutrition).   AMC Press Our press is, among other things, publisher of the international food magazine "Leichte Küche" in which our motto "Eat better.
