2. IMPROVED Audiotherm
The Audiotherm is the AMC's intelligent knob on every AMC pot cover.
It tells you the exact temperature inside the pot so you do not need to open the cover (and loses cooking heat) and acts as the timer and alarm to tell you when the cooking is finished.
